With Lead Makeup Artist James Vincent along with other invited guests, The 2011 evolution is the premier event of its kind presented by The Powder Group and Executive Director Michael DeVellis for Makeup Artists who want to be GREAT Makeup Artists.

evolution has been a long planned event that has now become a reality under the auspicious of Michael DeVellis and The Powder Group in an event that includes five days, each with nine hour sessions of exploring the intricacies of becoming a Makeup Artist who evolves with their makeup application. Beginning with a set of principles that will challenge the creativity and push the boundaries of artistry, evolution will also focus on technique and design while exploring the career and business aspects of the Makeup Artist Profession. He is the Director of Artistry for The Makeup Show, The Powder Group and OnMakeup Magazine. Mr. Vincent will share his experience, technique and business acumen with the attendees of this first ever evolution presentation by The Powder Group.
