World Body Painting Festival

With the 2010 World Bodypainting Festival only a week away, it is time to revisit a Mehron Blog posting about the 2009 World BodyPainting Festival. The World Champion at the 2009 World BodyPainting Festival was Carolyn Roper, a Makeup Artist from England who uses Mehron Body painting Makeup. Ms. Roper accepted her 1st place trophy at the 2009 World Bodypainting Festival still wearing her Mehron shirt attesting to her loyalty to the Mehron brand. Ms. Roper was the subject of the Mehron Blog as a Featured Artist in a Blog posted on Feburay 4, 2010. As regular readers of the Mehron Blog already know, Carolyn Roper from UK is the 2009 World Bodypainting Festival Champion. Ms. Roper took home her second Championship from the 2009 World Bodypainting Festival held in Austria. Carolyn Roper founded getmadeup in 2003, which offers her Makeup Artist services to the television, film and entertainment industry. Ms. Roper used Mehron Makeup exclusively in her award wining entry.

Gearing Up For World Bodypainting Festival

Body Painting Artists around the world are packing up their Makeup in preparation for for their departure for Seeboden, Austria where the 2009 World Bodypainting Festival begins on July 13,2009. A Press Release from World Bodypainting Festival announced that as of June 23, 2009 Body Painters from 40 Nations had already registered to participate in the World Bodypainting Festival. The week long festival is jammed packed with classes, workshops, competitions, social events, Body Circus, fireworks and an outdoor trade show city where Makeup from around the world will be presented to the Body Painters, Face Painters add Makeup Artists from around the globe.

Mehron will be Premiering their newest addition to the Body Painting Collection of Makeup, LUX Airbrush Makeup.
