Meagan Hester has quickly risen through the ranks of Makeup Artistry in only a few short years. In 2008, Meagan Hester was one of only eight Makeup Students selected to participate in the student competition at the Los Angles IMATS (International Make-Up Artist Tarde Show). In these few short years since her student days at Make-Up Designory (MUD), Meagan has worked for major Television Networks including MTV, VH! and Showtime. Experienced in most aspects of Makeup Artistry, Ms. Hester is a specialist in Beauty Makeup and SP/FX Makeup. She has worked on the faces of Sting, Kathy Perry and others with her work featured in the bible of Fashion WWD, DEMI and Cosmopolitan Magazines.
Ms. Hester's involvement with Mehron goes back to the 2008 IMATS where she first encountered Mehron Makeup and was intrigued by the Mehron Theatrical Blood Products. Since then she has experimented with and used just about every Mehron Makeup Product and color. Meagan was an integral part of the Mehron Makeup Teams during their participation in the last three Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week Presentations.
The two day Beauty Workshop presented by Meagan Hester at The Mehron Makeup Studio is ideal for the beginner and intermediate Makeup Artist. Ms. Hester will discuss and demonstrate the importance of the Makeup Artist's Etiquette, cleanliness and decorum in the Professional World of Makeup Application for Stage, Studio and Print, as well as exploring Foundation Application, Eye Makeup and Color coordination.
