At the September 9, 2011 Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week debut presentation by the Fashion Design Team of Falguni and Shane Peacock, the E!Network Fashion Police was present in the person of Joan Rivers. While the Mehron Makeup Team was preparing the models for their Runway Walk, Ms. Rivers was backstage piecing together her report on the Falguni and Shane Peacock Debut. Although Joan Rivers appears ageless she is younger than Mehron Makeup which was founded in 1927. The Fashion Police can be seen on the E! Noted for her irreverence Ms. Rivers did not disappoint as she made her rounds throughout the Makeup Room before and after the Falguni and Shane Peacock Fashion Show held at The Studio at 9:00PM. Taunting the models and offering commentary on the makeup, hairstyles and designs. Ms. Rivers did a semi-serious interview with Falguni and Shane. As most of her report took place in the Makeup Room, viewers can get a behind the scene glimpse of the All Star Mehron Makeup Team with Key Makeup Artist Kevin James Bennett.
At the end of the debut of the Falguni and Shane Peacock Fashion Show, Ms. Rivers manages to get a few words with Special Guest Porcelain Black, today's rising Rock Star, about the special design that she wore which included stockings and garters Body Painted with Mehron Paradise Makeup AQ by Jinny, world renowned Face and Body Painting Makeup Artist.
