The International Make-Up Artist Trade Show (IMATS) Sydney was held on September 24, 2011 and September 25, 2011 in Australia. When there is a major Makeup Event in the world, Mehron Makeup can be found. At the IMATS Sydney, Mehron was once again represented by Mehron Australian Ambassador, Makeup Artist Kelly Virgona from Sparkles Entertainment and Productions. Kelly along with Natalee Davies took charge of the Mehron Booth, presenting Mehron Makeup while answering questions and demonstrating the wide range of Mehron Face and Body Painting Makeup as well as Mehron Beauty Makeup, and Studio and Stage Makeup. The Mehron Exhibition Booth that travels the world, most recently it was in Berlin, Germany for The Makeup Show Europe, features a Special Guest Makeup Artist who does live Makeup Applications to demonstrate the diversity, color and quality of Mehron Makeup.

At the 2011 IMATS Sydney, Makeup Artist Amy Grigg was the featured Mehron Makeup Artist. Ms. Grigg has been both a competitor and a judge at International Face and Body Painting Competitions and was also an Instructor at Face And Body Painting International Convention in Miami, Florida, USA. For Day 1 of IMATS Sydney, Amy Grigg created a character nicknamed "Steam Punk" using hand made Prosthetic formed with Mehron Liquid Latex. For Color, of course Amy used the semi-soft, water activated cake makeup favored by Face and Body Painting Makeup Artists throughout the world, Paradise Makeup AQ. Using Mehron Metallic Powder allowed Ms. Grigg to achieve a look of pure gold within her Face and Body painting. Making use of the wide selection of new Paradise Make AQ, NUANCE presented at the Mehron Makeup Booth, Amy Grigg was able to achieve a hue and depth that gave her art a true color interplay. The Model for the work of Special Mehron Guest Makeup Artist Amy Grigg for her rendition of "Steam Punk" was Kate Emma.
Along with her Makeup Demonstrations at the Mehron Makeup Display Booth on the floor of Exhibition Hall at IMATS Sydney, Amy Grigg was also the photographer for the photos in tonight's Mehron Blog. Congratulations to Kelly Virgona, Natalee Davies, Amy Grigg and Kate Emma for having a successful presentation for Mehron at the IMATS Sydney 2011.
