
Coming off a successful sponsorship of Indasio's Five Years in Fashion Celebration in late February, Mehron wasted no time in introducing the world to the Makeup of the Future, Lux Airbrush Makeup at the Halloween Costume Party Convention held on march 6-9, 2009 in Las Vegas, NV. It was at the 2009 Halloween Costume Party Convention that Mehron introduced the public to Lux Airbrush Makeup with a live demonstration by Airbrush Artist Cheryl Vaughn during the convention.
By the time of the LA Makeup Show, where Mehron featured the Extreme Beauty Makeup Talents of Mario Ink, Chicago's rising star Makeup Artist, Mehron introduced Aura Bronzing Gel, a Naturally based bronzing gel that feeds and moisturizes the skin while adding a shimming bronze color emulating a day in the sun.
While the LA Makeup Show was being held, Mehron was also sponsoring The Supreme Salon Tour, at it's stop in Chicago, IL, on March 15th held at the REDNOFIVE Nightclub and presented by Windy City Media.
While all this was going on Mehron was busy filling orders for its "Go Green" Makeup Kit specially packaged for St. Patrick's Day. This "Go Green" Makeup Kit contains all the green makeup anyone needs to instantly show their Irish Colors.
The "Go Green" Makeup Kit was quickly followed by the introductions of newest additions to the complete makeup character kits line, Zombie Character Kit , and Werewolf Character Kit . Each of these kits like all Mehron makeup Character Kits are complete with step by step instructions on how to use the makeup contained in the kit to create the character just like Professional Makeup Artists create characters with professional theatrical makeup.
Mehron Makeup was also featured in Girls' Life, the authoritative Girl Scout Magazine that deals with all aspects of a Girls' Life as they go through puberty while on their journey to womanhood. Mehron was featured in the Style Section, a monthly feature that selects quality products that are beautiful and safe for teenage girls.
March wasn't over yet, Mehron also sponsored, "One Splendid Evening", a red carpet event by the VH1 Save the Music Foundation to raise music awareness and provide instruments for America's Public School Children.
March Madness was an exhilarating time at Mehron attending and sponsoring events from coast to coast under the direction and leadership of Martin Melik, President of Mehron, Shelli Farber, Product Education, Stephanie Ferreira, Marketing Director, and Gene Flaharty, Artist & Product Expert. They all might be happy that they can stop going through Airport Security now that March Madness winds down, but they are all still feeding off of the energy from Madness of March, a month full of exciting days.
